Lodhi garden is visited by Kashmiri people and becomes a mini Kashmir and continues till sunset, it’s a complete surprise and treasure for a delhihite to see so many Kashmiris at a single place in the centre of Delhi, in other worda it could be short Sunday trip to kashmir for you where you can observe and feel the Kashmiri culture without actually visiting original state. It’s a completely different culture like sitting in a straight row to enjoy lazy brunch consists of those spicy and tastiest biryanis, females smiling and shining in groups wearing those traditional pherans which are like full body length gowns, the headgears covering their head, men wearing those plain yet elegant kurtas with same color cap walking calmly like they are listening to music from those lazy mountains. The families sitting in lodhi garden are completely ignorant of the Delhi traffic and absence of mountains and enjoying like they are sitting on personal shikara flowing on dal lake, they are even ignorant about the silent tombs permanently settled in garden, tombs are still checked by those tourists who are in Delhi for short trip, even few energetically and playfully punjabi families are also enjoying the food and drinks as if there will be no monday
